Please remember this is an optional event. If your child does not like loud noises please consider whether this is appropriate.

Tuesday 15th July - report surgery 3.30 -5pm

Wednesday 16th July - Break the rules day

Thursday 17th July - Celebration evening - 4-6pm

Friday 18th July - INSET day - school is closed

Monday 21st July - Sports Day - 9.20- 10.20

Tuesday 22nd July - last day of term - finish time 3.05-3.15

  Friday 6th June  This week at school we have been learning about fairytales.  We have been reading "Goldilocks and the Three Bears". We have been practising retelling the story in groups and role playing the characters.  We worked on using different kinds of expression in our voices to show the different characters.  You might like to practise this skill at home when your child is reading to you. Phonics This week in phonics we have revised the digraphs long oo, short oo, ar and or. We have practised reading and spelling words with these sounds in.  Please check your child's reading log to check which book you need to read on Bug Club. Thankyou.  Friday 13th September Welcome to our first blog post of this new school year! We are enjoying getting to know your children and we are pleased with how they are settling into their classes. Pictured below is our outdoor woodland area situated behind the Year R classrooms. Your child will be spending a day a week in our woodland area. We would just like to recap what your child needs to bring to school. They should bring a named, non spillable water bottle to school each day (filled with water please). On Sunny days you might like to send a named sun hat with your child.  Please apply sun cream at home in the morning and do not send it to school. Please can you put a change of clothes in your child's book bag as they may well get wet in the water tray or have an accident.  A change of clothes may include plain leggings or jogging bottoms, pants, socks and a plain t-shirt.
